Narayanpet Loom Sarees
We take great care in crafting and packaging each saree with love and precision. Since our products are handmade by traditional weavers, slight variations in weave, color, or texture may occur — and are celebrated as part of the charm and authenticity of handloom.
Returns
We currently do not offer returns unless the product you received is:
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
- Defective (such as major weaving faults)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at contact@narayanpetlooms.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order ID
- A clear photo of the product
- Unboxing video (if possible, for faster resolution)
Once verified, we will either offer a replacement or issue store credit for future purchases.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges as each saree is made in limited quantities, and stock may not be available. Please check the product description and details carefully before placing your order.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
